BUGCO’s Residential Protection Plan and Convenience Agreement are tailored to your specific needs. We offer four quarterly services, each focusing on your pest control needs. Our approach involves eliminating pests outside of the home, which reduces the need for chemical treatments inside your home.
BUGCO’s “perimeter of protection” outside your home creates an invisible barrier to help prevent pests from entering. Our process begins with an inspection of both the interior and exterior of your home. We then focus on potential entry points for insects or rodents and provide targeted treatments as needed or requested.

As-Needed General Pest Control Services
If you prefer as-needed treatment, we can accommodate that as well. After conducting a thorough inspection of your home, we will treat the interior (baseboards, plumbing areas, and entryways) and the exterior perimeter of the structure up to 3 feet away from the foundation. We also knock down reachable wasp nests and spider webs using extendable poles. Whole-yard treatments are available for an additional fee.
Our as-needed general pest control services come with a 60-day warranty. If live activity is still present after 14 days, customers can call us to return under warranty. However, it is important to wait a minimum of 14 days for the first treatment to take full effect.
Three months after an as-needed service, BUGCO® Pest Control will call to recommend scheduling the service again. As an “as-needed” customer, you are not obligated to schedule our service again. However, we will call as a courtesy to maintain the perimeter of protection around your home for as long as possible.
