He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and he was very thorough at his work and very patient with our questions and requests. Super happy with with our experience today! Way to go Ivan at Bugco! Johnathan was excellent! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Bugs were our biggest concern moving from Ohio to Texas but he answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very honest and made us feel comfortable in our home. We were initially just going to do a one time treatment but decided to do quarterly because we were so impressed. Highly recommend.
