– – Hello, this is Danielle with BUGCO Pest Control. And today, I wanted to talk about chemical and non-chemical pest control techniques to help reduce and control the number of pests in and around your property.
BUGCO Pest Control technicians undergo an extensive training program to use non-chemical pest control techniques such as ensuring the house is properly sealed or moving pest food sources, water sources, and shelter.
However, there are those times when the use of very specific chemicals may be required to address certain pests. Let’s use termites, for example. Some popular or well-known methods for treating termites are tenting and fumigation. That is not always necessary. There is a broad spectrum of chemicals that can be used in the treatment of your pests, as well as many different delivery methods.
Our technicians know that all chemical usage is 100% dependent upon the label. At BUGCO, we have a saying, the label is the law. Our technicians will choose the best option that will be tailored to your needs and budget.
This will be done as per the label to reduce and control such pests as Subterranean termites, Dampwood termites, Formosan termites, and Drywood termites with the use of a wide selection of chemicals.
